Dynamics 365 delivery × AI automation

ERP modernization, Azure integration, and AI automation — delivered end to end by the principal who's shipped all three.

I bring deep Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Azure integration expertise, paired with hands-on experience building agentic AI and automation that fits how your enterprise actually operates. Based in Auckland — working with teams across New Zealand and Australia, and remotely worldwide.

Delivery depth from inside Microsoft partner teams

Until August 2026, our principal delivered hands-on inside a live Microsoft partner delivery team on active Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations. neural365 now brings that same depth of delivery experience to engagements under its own name.

Portrait of Abhishek Aditya

Your principal

The person who scopes your architecture is the person who delivers it.

I'm Abhishek Aditya — Founder & Principal Solution Architect with 16+ years across Dynamics 365, Azure integration, and applied AI. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, working with teams anywhere — and when an engagement needs more hands, a vetted network extends capacity.

Why neural365

Specialists, not generalists — and one principal, not a chain of vendors.

What one principal across five practice areas means for your engagement.

One principal across all five practice areas

No handoffs or finger-pointing between your ERP, integration, and AI vendors. The same principal moves from architecture through integration into AI build-out when a project needs all three. And when an engagement needs more hands than one principal, a vetted network of consultants from inside Microsoft partner teams extends capacity — same standard, no new handoffs.

Delivery depth from inside Microsoft partners

Until August 2026: hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O implementation inside live Microsoft partner delivery teams. The same expertise, now applied to engagements under the neural365 name.

Research-led, not opinion-led

My thinking goes public on neural365 Community — launching soon — so you can audit how I reason before you ever book a call. No sales theatre.

Microsoft-stack native, open-source-fluent

We recommend what fits the problem, not what we sell. Cloud AI when it's right; local LLMs and open tooling when privacy, compliance, or cost demand it.

What we do

Five practice areas, one principal.

No handoffs between disconnected vendors — the same principal moves from ERP delivery through Azure integration into AI build-out, when a project needs all three. Microsoft-native by default; open-source when the problem calls for it.

How we work

Five stages, the same principal throughout.

01

Assess

Readiness assessment and current-state architecture review.

02

Design

Solution architecture, integration design, and roadmap sign-off.

03

Build

Configuration, integrations, and AI/automation build-out.

04

Launch

Data migration, training, and go-live support.

05

Sustain

Post-launch support, tuning, and continued AI adoption.

Questions buyers ask

Before you book the call.

We're already working with a Microsoft partner — can you complement them rather than replace them?
Yes. A meaningful share of our work is depth-augmentation: your partner stays in place and we add architectural or AI-build capacity where they're thin. The discovery call clarifies whether complement or replace fits your situation.
How do AI agents actually fit our D365 environment? Will they break things?
Agents read and act through defined APIs and MCP servers — they don't modify your D365 configuration directly. We scope permissions, observability, and rollback paths before any agent touches production data. The chat assistant on this site is a live example of the same approach.
We're mid-implementation and it's stalling. Can you step in?
Yes — rescue work is a core part of what we do. We start with a focused diagnostic (typically 1–2 weeks), identify what's blocking go-live, and either stabilize with your existing partner or transition delivery to us.
What does a discovery call involve, and is there any obligation?
A 30-minute conversation about your situation — where you're starting from, what's blocking you, what success looks like. You leave with a clear next step. No obligation, no slide deck, no sales theatre. Book directly from the calendar on this page.
How do you price engagements?
Engagement cost varies too much by implementation detail to represent honestly as fixed tiers. Scope is the right variable, not a price list. After a discovery call we'll give you a real range for your specific situation — and we won't quote a number we can't stand behind.
Do you work with our existing internal team or replace them?
Augment, not replace. Your people know the business; we bring architectural and delivery depth. Most engagements involve close collaboration with internal teams — and we document, hand over, and train so the work is sustainable after we leave.
Cloud vs local LLM — how do we choose?
It depends on your data-residency constraints, volume, latency needs, and cost envelope. Cloud is faster to start; local wins at scale and where data can't move. We model the trade-offs for your actual workload rather than push a default — see our Open & Local AI pillar for the framework.
Do we have to commit to Microsoft to work with you?
No. We're Microsoft-stack native, but we recommend what fits the problem. If your use case is better served by open-source or local LLMs, we'll say so — and we have a whole practice area for it. Vendor neutrality is a feature, not a concession.
