I'm a Dynamics 365 solution architect with 16+ years delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) and Power Platform solutions across manufacturing, food processing, and health. My specialism is the connective tissue: integration architecture on Azure Integration Services, designed to Azure Well-Architected principles for reliability, security, and cost efficiency. My career has run from AX 2009/2012 engineering in Bangalore, through technical architecture at KPMG in Malta, to lead developer and integration roles in New Zealand, and most recently solution architecture at Capgemini — until August 2026, hands-on inside live Microsoft partner delivery teams on active D365 F&O implementations. That day-to-day delivery depth is exactly what neural365 brings to engagements under its own name. As of September 2026 I run neural365 Ltd full-time. I started neural365 because enterprise buyers deserve direct principal access — the person who scopes your architecture is the person who delivers it — and because the research we publish at neural365 Community — launching soon — should let you audit our thinking before you ever book a call. When the Microsoft stack isn't the right fit, we say so, and we build on open and local AI instead. Based in Auckland; when I'm not architecting, I'm probably out on endurance sports, hiking, or travelling.
